The mission of the Peter R. Marsh Foundation is to better our society by cultivating Servant First Leadership. In other words, we believe that great leadership has the power to make our world a better place and we exist to offer leaders in the Pacific Northwest region the training, resources and support they need to experience both practical success and personal fulfillment in their leadership.

Services

Training
The Peter R. Marsh Foundation provides quality training opportunities for leaders to develop their skills and receive valuable insights that will enhance their success. The expense of the training is underwritten by the Foundation so that all leaders may participate without a cost barrier. Training seminars and workshops are offered throughout the Pacific Northwest region on a variety of leadership topics. For more information, click here.

Coaching
Information without application is useless. The key to becoming a better leader and enjoying greater levels of personal and professional success lies in continually integrating new learning with current practice. To this end, the Peter R. Marsh Foundation offers personal coaching follow-up to those who attend our training events. As our clients seek to apply the principles learned at a Peter R. Marsh Foundation seminar in their business settings, an experienced leadership coach is available to help them apply what they have learned though follow-up, support and encouragement.

Knowledge Tool
In addition to our training events and individualized coaching, the Peter R. Marsh Foundation also produces articles and podcasts that address some of the pressing issues leaders face today. Currently, “best practice” knowledge tools are available on topics such as hiring great people, setting and accomplishing goals and conflict management.
